Maintenance Services and Plans

Our maintenance plans are all-inclusive and are chock full of additional benefits. During a tune-up appointment, our service technicians will review the complete system, cleaning, calibrating, adding refrigerant. We’ll also replace any worn parts so you can be confident your system will keep you cool under the strain of hot summer temperatures. In addition to two seasonal tune-ups in our Service Agreement 2, you’ll receive priority scheduling and a 10% discount on repairs. We’ll even call you to set up your maintenance appointments.
